Default Bulk Food Storage Outdoors & Mice

Any suggestions for creating a bulk food storage area outdoors that can withstand mice. generally get 2 skids of food at a time and it is hand unloaded.

Have tried restacking on pallets to keep higher off ground. They eventually got to the food.

getting ready to clean out and start over again. was hoping someone might have a suggestion. I know a farmer was very happy to get a freezer I threw away some years ago.

The facility is a non-profit dog rescue with limited resources and volunteer labor. The 10 x 10 area is under a car port and covered from the elements but has a gravel floor.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you
